Are you on a search for better health, or a healthier lifestyle? I remember when my journey began over 25 years ago, as if it was yesterday. When I first learned about the power of concentrated, plant-based herbal nutrition, I knew I had finally found what I was searching for.
Since that time (1990), I have been using these herbal foods and teas to balance the yin and yang in my body. Along with nourishing and balancing the flow of chi, they also strengthen the five major systems of the body (immune, circulatory, digestive, endocrine and respiratory).
What I truly love about these Chinese herbal foods and teas are how they've helped me change my everyday eating habits. We all know WHAT we should be eating, but it's not that easy. After adding herbal smoothies and teas to my routine, it was easier to say "no" to some choices (i.e., Diet Coke) and say "yes" to more nutritious foods/drinks such as, green tea, fruits and vegetables.
