Last winter, I started the Herbal Tea Lady website as a way to connect to other busy women who were tired of being stressed out and exhausted all of the time. Women, perhaps like yourself, who have found that today's busyness is impacting the quality of their lives, relationships and wellness. Women who want more for themselves and long for better health, and the lifestyle they've always desired.
You subscribed to my mailing list and should have received my complimentary "Restoring-Balance-Workbook". However, shortly after we connected, several events occurred in my life that delayed my blogging, including falling down the stairs after an ice storm breaking all 3 major bones in my right ankle - a.k.a. my driving foot! - requiring surgery, 10 screws and a metal plate. This would be followed by a summer of physical therapy, home exercises, icing and elevation. As I reflect back, it only seemed natural to have "physical balance" added to the other "balance" practices in my life.
As someone who is working on developing better self-care skills and trying to help others to do the same, this experience gave me lots of practice. I hope those of you who have subscribed will understand my absence. I will be starting my blog and free resources again very soon, so watch for them in your inbox!
