From Busy to Balanced: Tools for Taking Back Your Life
Dear friends, There's no doubt about it, life is getting busier for most of us. Along with the busyness comes more stress and less time for the important things, such as, time for family and self-care. I have created a complimentary workshop to provide a space for busy women to come together to reflect, breathe, and create a plan for a more balanced new year.
Join us for a day of reflection, inspiration, envisioning, goal setting and more . . .
The best way to predict your future is to create it. ~Abraham Lincoln
Come as you are. Leave as you want to be!
1. Are you out of balance? Have long workdays and "to-do lists" caused you to neglect areas of your life, such as your health, relationships, or self-care?
2. Are you busy and stressed out? Are you looking for ways to decrease the stress in your life and help you take better care of yourself?
3. Do you have dreams of having a more balanced, healthier lifestyle in the new year? Do you need some tools and support to help you get there?
If you've answered "yes" to the questions above, this workshop is for you! Join us for a day of self-reflection, inspiration and goal setting. We will begin the day by reflecting on where we are and then we will determine where we'd like to be. We will explore tools to help us on our journey and create a vision board as a cue to remind us of who we want to be in 2018!
