You are cordially invited to breathe. That's right. Take a moment and just breathe. Try it again breathe in and out. Now, close your eyes and listen to your breath as it goes in and out, in and out. As you inhale, silently say the word "Let" in your mind, and as you exhale, silently say "go". Notice the tension in your body slip away as you silently repeat "Let . . go". . . "Let . . go" . . . "Let . . go".
As you relax, ask yourself: Am I doing the things I've always wanted to do? Am I being the person I've always longed to be? Or am I living my life on autopilot, overworked, out of balance, and stressed out?
