As I look around today, I see people who are not only struggling to find time to take care of themselves, but who are also stressed from long hours, heavy work loads, and ever increasing responsibilities. As children, I don't think any of us dreamed of a lifestyle where our jobs took us away from our families 10-12 hours a day, only to have us arrive home too exhausted to enjoy our time together.
